If your rod is still under warranty, within 1 year from the date of purchase, you will be entitled to 40% off the required replacement part. Please refer to the breakdown below for the part cost calculation:

4-Piece Travel Rods

The replacement part cost is calculated by dividing the total rod price by 4. If the rod is still under warranty, a 40% discount will be applied to the replacement part.

3-Piece Travel Rods

The replacement part cost is calculated by dividing the total rod price by 3. If the rod is still under warranty, a 40% discount will be applied to the replacement part.

1-Piece Rods / Butt Joint Rods / 2-Piece Rods

If the rod is still under warranty, a 40% discount will be applied to the total rod price. If the rod is no longer under warranty, the full rod will need to be repurchased.

Discontinued Rod Models

If your rod is still under warranty but the model has been discontinued and replacement parts are no longer available, we will offer a special 20% discount on a newer or similar model as a replacement option.

Please note that rods listed under promotion or clearance on our webstore are considered discontinued production models. These rods are sold as promotional items and will not be covered under warranty.

Replacement Rod / Part Pricing

For 1-piece rods, butt joint rods, or 2-piece rods, if your rod is still under warranty, the replacement cost will be calculated at 40% off the total retail price of the rod.

If your rod is not under warranty, the full rod will need to be repurchased at its current retail price, subject to availability.

Shipping, Taxes & Duties

All replacement part or replacement rod costs are exclusive of shipping fees. Shipping will be calculated separately based on the delivery address provided in the form.

Any customs taxes, import duties, or related charges are not covered by us and will be the responsibility of the customer.
