WARRANTY CLAIM AND PART PURCHASE

Please refer to the images above to identify the required or broken part before submitting your claim.

If your rod is still under warranty, within 1 year from the date of purchase, you will be entitled to 40% off the required replacement part. Please refer to the breakdown below for the part cost calculation:

4-Piece Travel Rods

The replacement part cost is calculated by dividing the total rod price by 4. If the rod is still under warranty, a 40% discount will be applied to the replacement part.

3-Piece Travel Rods

The replacement part cost is calculated by dividing the total rod price by 3. If the rod is still under warranty, a 40% discount will be applied to the replacement part.

1-Piece Rods / Butt Joint Rods / 2-Piece Rods

If the rod is still under warranty, a 40% discount will be applied to the total rod price. If the rod is no longer under warranty, the full rod will need to be repurchased.

Discontinued Rod Models

If your rod is still under warranty but the model has been discontinued and replacement parts are no longer available, we will offer a special 20% discount on a newer or similar model as a replacement option.

Please note that all replacement part costs are exclusive of shipping fees. Shipping will be calculated separately based on the delivery address provided in the form. Any customs taxes, import duties, or related charges are not covered by us and will be the responsibility of the customer.

Once the form has been submitted, our team will review your claim and contact you in due course.your rod is still under warranty. This will be the price of the part.

1 PC / BUTT JOINT ROD / 2 PC ROD - Take the total cost of the rod and -40%. That will be the price of the rod. If you rod is not under warranty, you will have to re-purchase the entire rod.

Please note that the parts costs are still exclusive of shipping costs, and will be calculated in total according to the address you have listed below. Please note that any custom taxes or duties are not covered by us.
