Exchanges:

We do not offer exchanges once payment has been made. Please double-check your selections (size, color, etc.) before completing your purchase.

Returns and Refunds:

We do not accept returns or issue refunds unless the products are defective. If you believe you have received a defective product, please contact us immediately at enquiries@bonefishingworld.com with the following information:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the defective product
  • A detailed description of the defect

We will review your case and, at our sole discretion, determine if the product is defective. If we deem the product to be defective, we will contact you to discuss further steps, which may include a refund or replacement. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse a refund or replacement if the defect is deemed to be a result of misuse, negligence, or normal wear and tear.

Order Cancellations by Us:

  • Fraud prevention

If your order (or part of your order) is canceled by us, you will be notified via email. The corresponding funds will be refunded to the original payment method used for the order.
