Shipping policy

For Express shipping, we use FedEx and DHL for all international purchases for fishing rods, backpacks or bulky orders in general.

For Standard shipping, We use SingPost for smaller items such as lures, apparels (T-shirt and caps). 

As shipping prices vary with each product, you will find the accurate shipping amount before payment. Please note that all incurred taxes and custom duties will NOT be covered.

Please note that we do not ship to the following countries for BONE Fishing World and TOUGHFIA products:

  • Australia
  • France
  • Italy
  • India
  • United Arab Emirates (UAE)
  • Maldives
  • Mauritius
  • Philippines
  • South Korea
  • Hungary

If you are from the above country and successfully made an order, we will refund your order upon processing.

Custom and Import Fees 
International orders may have additional customs and import fees upon delivery. Please note that all incurred taxes and custom duties will NOT be covered and is required be paid by you to the Courier. 

If you choose to refuse the customs fee, your parcel may be abandoned and we will not be held responsible for any loss of funds as a result of this occurrence. If you're unsure on whether you'll be subject to customs and import fees, we recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing your order.

How do I track my order
Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email. You will then be able to track your order through the tracking link on the email. Alternatively, you may visit the vendor’s website and key in the tracking number manually.
Do allow 24-48 hours for the status to be updated and dispatched.
Please note, tracking may take around 24-48 hours to update after dispatch.

I need to change the address of my order
Please contact us as soon as possible at enquiries@bonefishingworld.com and we will sort it out. Once the order has been shipped out, we are unable to change the address of your order.

How long does it take to process an order and shipped out
We process orders Monday-Friday (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Kindly please allow 1-3 working weekdays for processing your orders. All orders will be shipped out within 2 ~ 4 working weekdays.

Costs are subject to the best shipping rate offered by various shipping companies and will be reflected accordingly before payment. Please note that all incurred taxes and custom duties will NOT be covered.

When will my item be shipped out and when it will arrive
You will receive an email when your order has been processed and shipped out. You will also receive a tracking number that can be tracked via the vendor (will be provided) website. Shipping times may vary based on different countries that you are from.
The estimated delivery time will be shown when you select your preferred shipping option during checkout.
